Hobbyheaven stole £10

Package arrived with nothing in it, took photos of it unopened, open package confirm nothing inside and notice hole in package, contact seller, get told the claim is fraudulent, nothing further they will do.

This was for a £7 putty, so I am now down the putty and P&P.

Would not recommended this company/website.

Claims of “empty parcels” are a well-known issue that appear regularly during the pre-holiday period and have been documented for many years.
Royal Mail secures genuinely damaged or tampered parcels in a special damage bag and clearly marks them as damaged upon delivery. No such markings or official damage handling were present in this case.
Additionally, the photos provided did not clearly document the condition or nature of any alleged damage. Taken together, these circumstances strongly indicate that the claim is not being made in good faith.
