My order arrived as expected, perfectly packaged and in excellent condition. There was a glitch in my Shop app that indicated the order was not yet shipped a week after purchasing. Hobby Heaven replied promptly to clear up the error, providing an alternate link to track my order.
I think, out of all the e-commerce shops I have done business with, including website ease of use, delivery, and communication, HH has been about the best yet, and I’ve certainly spent some money online. Thanks and regards

These bases were great for someone who likes a consistent look and style to their bases. 10/10 recommended.
The bases are symetrical with no visible warping. The ABS (lego) plastic is very sturdy and takes superglue, pva and paint well.

These brushes are gorgeous. I am using them with watercolours and they hold and release the paint perfectly and the long round tips are springy and fine. Couldn’t be happier with them. But even more extraordinary is the attentive, timely and generous customer service I received when there was an issue with my order. This glue is great for a few specific tasks such as seam/joint/gap sealing of already bonded plastics. For example long joins on vehicle parts where it can be brushed into the join to finish the seal. It’s also great for making sprue goo, which is perfect for slightly wider gaps in joins - I make a thin version and a thicker version for versatility (the thick version is also great for further gluing magnets onto the bottom of bases. Superglue by itself fails when it’s cold and I used to use green stuff to make it stronger, but sometimes this can lead to unlevel models if it’s too thick, and sometimes it’s brittle in the cold too, but a liberal amount spread around the edge of the magnet at the join, and a thin coating over it is perfect).
However for use as a primary plastic cement I find this a little too thin, leading to evaporation and potentially weak bonds. So I use a thicker one as my main glue.

Delivery soon after order and will a few samples to compare others to. Good communication and cost. I would get similar from here again.
Purchasing bases elsewhere can be quite costly; Hobby heaven are usually cheaper and of great quality. I seldom go elsewhere these days
