Package arrived with nothing in it, took photos of it unopened, open package confirm nothing inside and notice hole in package, contact seller, get told the claim is fraudulent, nothing further they will do.
This was for a £7 putty, so I am now down the putty and P&P.

Claims of “empty parcels” are a well-known issue that appear regularly during the pre-holiday period and have been documented for many years.
Royal Mail secures genuinely damaged or tampered parcels in a special damage bag and clearly marks them as damaged upon delivery. No such markings or official damage handling were present in this case.
Additionally, the photos provided did not clearly document the condition or nature of any alleged damage. Taken together, these circumstances strongly indicate that the claim is not being made in good faith.

Again, 8404 series brushes justify their reputation. They are not cheap, but I chose to purchase them from Hobby Heaven, after realizing that even with S&H to the USA, they will still be cheaper than other online sources

I thought I had good brushes before....but these are on a whole new level. They hold a tip exceptionally well...and make the detail work much easier than using the Windsor #7 (think that's right)....But more to the fact that Hobby Heavan is truly a great organization. Recently had an order that went "Rouge" for a couple of days (Delivered, not delivered, then delivered)....and they were with me every step of the way to find a way to help out from across the pond. Great Customer Service is not easy...and you really have to care....They Do.
