200mm Bases in its reinforced version is designed for large and heavy models and dioramas. We call it 'the beast'. 

The side walls and the base have been thickened to 2mm, the whole structure is also reinforced with 1.5mm thick ribs spread evenly. All this makes its printing process quite long and consumes a lot of material. 

All this is done to support the largest and heaviest models, which size or modelled posture does not allow them to be placed on 170x105 oval bases and 160mm round base. 

This product is part of the HH Prototyping System 

In short, a typical product cycle:

idea -> prototype -> 3dprint -> your feedback -> Injection Moulding -> finished product. 

This is a fully functional product, it just means that we are still open to make changes and improvements to it. 

HH Prototyping system is our system for implementing and testing new products before putting them into mass production. 

Each new product is now printed and the feedback of our customers is collected and taken into account before the product is finally approved and transferred to mass production (injection moulding). 

The above process is quite expensive and time-consuming, and once the mould is built, it no longer allows to change details and dimensions of the item.
