Product overview

VALST-TX002 is a 1/35 airbrush stencil for reproducing tyre-mark patterns in deposits of dust or dry mud on asphalt. It is intended for vehicle routes and road sections in AFV scenes, where repeated tread traces establish the direction of travel. The 125 × 125 mm translucent plastic sheet is flexible enough to follow the working surface and can be washed after painting for reuse.

Sprue cutters or a hobby knife — what do I actually need?

Cutters remove parts from the sprue cleanly; the knife trims the leftover nub and mould lines. You'll want both — they do different jobs.
