Product overview

Soviet support weapons and their licensed and unofficial copies went to many countries during the Cold War, and thousands remain in service. The DShKM 12.7 mm heavy machine gun, the "Dushka", is the best known of them, rivalled in popularity only by the American M2 Browning, and both guns were designed before the Second World War. The SPG-9 73 mm recoilless gun has served in many conflicts since it entered service in 1962. AK's 1/35 kit gives you both weapons with their tripods, a vehicle post mount, spare ammunition belts, projectiles and assorted ammunition boxes, in over 60 plastic parts plus a photo-etched fret.

  • DShKM heavy machine gun with its tripod
  • SPG-9 recoilless gun with two tripods
  • Vehicle post mount for armament or stowage
  • Ammunition belts, projectiles and boxes for dioramas
  • Photo-etched fret, 1/35 scale
