500g resealable pouch of acrylic resin powder – a single-component casting material activated by water. No two-part mixing, no harsh chemicals, no fumes. Produces hard, durable casts with excellent detail capture – tougher than plaster, with a ceramic-like feel. Perfect partner for GSW silicone moulds.

Example: 30g powder + 10g water
⚡ How to Use

Prep mould – clean, dry silicone mould (release spray optional for complex shapes)

Mix 3:1 – stir until smooth, lump-free; add drops of water if too thick

Pour – tap mould to release bubbles; brush details first for best capture

Demould ~30 min – full hardness in 24 hours

Finish – sand, carve, drill, glue, prime and paint
