A small detail brush set for miniature and fine-subject painting, designed for control, durability, and beginner-friendly handling.
What makes this brush special
The set should feel compact, controlled, and easy to manage. Smaller synthetic brushes or detail-oriented brush shapes are usually chosen for this kind of work because they hold a point well and can take some beginner handling. The overall feel should be practical and durable, with short handles that suit close-up miniature painting. It is a simple, focused set designed to support learning.
Medium compatibility
Best with properly thinned acrylics, especially for detail and glazing.
Works well with fluid hobby acrylics for detail, layering and controlled basecoating.

How to care for your brush
For miniature brushes, keeping the point is the main priority. Rinse them promptly after use, clean them gently, and reshape the tip while the brush is still damp. If they are synthetic, they will be more forgiving and easier to clean; if any natural fibres are involved, use cooler water and avoid soaking the ferrule. A small amount of brush soap will help preserve detail over time. Store the set in a protective case or roll so the tips do not get bent in a hobby box or desk drawer. Good storage matters a lot in miniature painting because even slight tip damage can affect precision.
