AK9601 is the like-for-like 0.3 mm needle for restoring an AK9600 Top Line airbrush after the original needle becomes bent or worn. It preserves the airbrush’s standard nozzle size rather than converting it to another setup, making it the direct replacement when the nozzle itself remains serviceable. The full-length needle is supplied on its own for installation into the existing 0.3 mm system.

  • The pack contains the replacement needle only; a nozzle is not included.
  • A clear storage tube protects the needle before installation.

Sprue cutters or a hobby knife — what do I actually need?

Cutters remove parts from the sprue cleanly; the knife trims the leftover nub and mould lines. You'll want both — they do different jobs.

What's the difference between single-blade and double-blade cutters?

Single-blade cutters shear against a flat anvil for an ultra-clean cut with less stress on the plastic; double-blade cutters are tougher for general work.
