Product overview

Specific color for Russian army from the 80s to the present, which was used in combination with other colors such as black or green khaki. Many armies of Russian satellite countries also have used it. All products are acrylic and are formulated for maximum performance both with brush or airbrush. Water soluble, odorless and non-toxic. Shake well before each use. Each jar includes a stainless steel agitator to facilitate mixture. We recommend A.MIG-2000 Acrylic Thinner for a correct thinning. Dries completely in 24 hours.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.

Can I use these paints in an airbrush?

Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.

Do I need a primer?

Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
