AK Interactive Vietnam Green & Camouflage Uniforms is a six-paint 3GEN acrylic figure set for U.S. Army uniforms from the Vietnam War. It is intended for people and clothing, not vehicles; AK11659 is the corresponding armour set. The selection covers official and troop green uniforms, tiger camouflage, woodland patterns and the leaf camouflage used on helmets. It provides the green, brown and field shades needed for period figure painting in one dedicated Figure Series box.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.

Can I use these paints in an airbrush?

Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.

Do I need a primer?

Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
