We have resumed shipping to EU countries using DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) service:

• You will pay these charges directly to the local courier upon delivery
• Charges vary by country and product value
• We cannot pre-calculate these costs as they depend on your local customs regulations

Rest of World

We ship worldwide using DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) service:

• Delivery time: 7-10 business days via Royal Mail International Tracked (Airmail Priority)
• Weight limit: Most packages limited to 2kg
• Overweight orders: We'll contact you regarding additional shipping costs before dispatch
• Alternative courier service: For countries not covered by Royal Mail International Tracked, we use fast courier services such as FedEx
• Country not listed? Contact us and we'll check all available shipping options for your location
• Customs duties and VAT will be assessed when your package enters your country and paid to the local courier upon delivery

Important Shipping Restrictions

Flammable Items: Certain products (including cements and some washes) are classified as flammable and cannot be shipped via standard Airmail due to international safety regulations. For orders containing these items:
