Thank you for shopping with Hobby Heaven! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt, proof of purchase, or order number is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We cover return shipping costs only if:

The item arrived damaged.

The item was damaged during shipping.

You received the wrong item or an item not as described.
For all other return cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

Books with visible signs of use.

Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

If rejected, we will provide a reason and return the item to you if requested.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Order Cancellations
We strive to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it following our Returns Policy.
Exchanges

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return.
