WHEN YOU WILL SHIP MY ITEMS(S), ONCE I ORDER
- All Item(s) subject to handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% orders are sent the same day after receipt of payment if payment is made before 3 pm GMT-0
- Our items are shipped every day (monday-friday) at 4pm. We do not send items on weekends.
ARE YOU SENDING TO COUNTRIES OTHER THAN UK?
- Yes, international shipping is one of our priorities.
WHEN I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
After handling, item(s) should be received inside the UK within:
- Royal mail 2nd class (1-5 business days)
- Royal mail 24 (1-3 business days)
After handling, item(s) should be received outside the UK within:
International Signed / International Tracked / International Tracked and Signed
- Europe within three to five working days*
- Rest of the world within five to seven working days*
COVID19 UPDATE
Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the situation of mail systems in many countries has deteriorated significantly.
Many of the shipments arrive with a very long delay, there are also cases of lost mail.
Therefore, to minimize the risk borne by the customer and we ourselves, we decided to modify our shipping methods until further notice.
All international shipments are now sent via international tracked and signed priority mail by Royal Mail.
Large letters via International Tracked and Signed By Royal Mail - 9GBP.
Small Parcels up to 2kg Via International Tracked and Signed By Royal Mail - 11GBP.
Large Letters to World Zone 1 (US, CANADA and others) - 9.45GBP
Small Parcels up to 2kg via International Tracked and Signed By Royal Mail -12.45GBP
Shipping costs are flat postage and their price is not increased until the weight exceeds 2KG.
For heavy and large orders, we have the right to modify the shipping costs.
As our client, you have the right and we encourage you to contact us if you would like to modify your shipping method in any way. We will always try to help you with this!
*Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and in many cases it may take more time for the package to arrive. There are many factors such as breaks, holidays and delays in air transport that we have no influence on. Buyers from Asia and South America should expect their shipment to take much longer.
If you haven't received your shipment in time, don't worry. Unfortunately, this is normal for international shipping. Please wait a few more days before contacting us about this.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM
We are a UK-based company and we have all our items on real stock, we do not do so-called dropshipping. All items are sent from the UK and by royal mail.
