No Shipping to the EU

Due to excessive regulations and high costs associated with compliance, we do not ship to EU countries. The bureaucratic burden and ever-changing rules make it unfeasible for us to continue direct sales to this region. However, our products are available on eBay, Etsy and Amazon, where customers from the EU can still purchase from us.

We continue to ship worldwide to all other countries without restriction.

When Will I Receive My Order?

  • 99% of orders are dispatched the same day if payment is received before 3 PM GMT (Monday-Friday).

  • Orders are shipped daily at 4 PM GMT (excluding weekends).

  • Royal Mail 24 (1st Class Service): 1-3 business days*

International Shipping:

Yes! We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked (Airmail Priority).*

  • Rest of the world: 7-10 business days**

Weight & Shipping Costs

Most international orders are shipped via Airmail and are limited to 2kg per package. If your order exceeds this weight, we will contact you regarding additional shipping costs.

Flammable Items Restrictions

Certain items, such as cements and some washes, are classified as flammable and cannot be shipped via Airmail due to safety regulations. If your order includes restricted items, we will arrange an alternative shipping method or remove them from your order.

Discounts & Free Shipping

We offer multiple discount tiers based on order value:

  • Tier I – Orders over £20 receive a discount.

  • Tier II – Orders over £50 receive a higher discount.

  • Tier III – Free shipping on orders over £70.

Additional promotions may be available—keep an eye out!

Standard UK Shipping Costs:

  • Small items (up to 200g) – £1.75 (Royal Mail 24, Large Letter format)

  • Larger items & fragile goods – 4 (Royal Mail 24 Tracked, Small Parcel)

  • Larger shipments – Prices vary based on Royal Mail’s shipping table. In extreme cases, we may use a reputable courier.

International shipping costs vary depending on destination and weight.
