Product overview

Beige 6 mm Small tufts give you light beige growth for landscapes defined by very dry conditions. They cover two contrasting levels of plant cover: occasional growth across thinly planted deserts, and more concentrated cover standing in for summer-dry prairies, dry steppes or agricultural fields. The same light beige serves both, so ground worked up into cultivated land keeps the tone of the bare stretches around it. Pairing this sheet with the range's other dry-toned colours is the combination suggested for it.

A Wild sheet in the identical 6 mm Beige colour is offered with around 70 tufts.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?

That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.

Are tufts self-adhesive?

Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.

How do I apply static grass?

Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
