Green Stuff World Chameleon Colorshift Paints are water-based acrylics loaded with ultra-fine interference pigments that shift colour depending on the viewing angle and light source. Each 17 ml dropper bottle covers one colour in the 18-colour range. The effect is strongest when applied in thin, even coats over a glossy black primer. Compatible with both brush and airbrush — airbrush application produces the most vivid shift. Non-toxic and non-flammable.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
