Product overview
This 170 mm oval is the biggest Spaceship Corridor base in our range, with one base supplied in the blister. Its broad top keeps the model and the spacecraft floor in view together: a footprint can sit at the centre and still leave ground on every side of it. Because the surface is oval, that extra space follows a stance that extends farther in one direction instead of forming an even ring. The theme puts that ground inside an old derelict spacecraft, and at 170 mm a long run of the corridor fits on the one base.
- Across the theme, rusted flooring, exposed wiring and damaged equipment build the derelict industrial setting.
- Spaceship Corridor belongs to Battle Ready Bases; this base reaches you painted and finished by hand.
- The base is sold without magnets. Those compatible with the bottom slots can be up to 6 mm in diameter while staying no thicker than 1 mm.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?
That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.
Are tufts self-adhesive?
Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.
How do I apply static grass?
Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
