PLN-01 is a pack of three stainless steel replacement nibs for DSPIAE's panel line pens. DSPIAE sells them as the spare nib for the AT-PL PRO, the original AT-PL and the Phoenix Plume PT-PL panel line marker. Nibs are consumables that wear with long use.

Sprue cutters or a hobby knife — what do I actually need?

Cutters remove parts from the sprue cleanly; the knife trims the leftover nub and mould lines. You'll want both — they do different jobs.
