A six-bottle 3rd Generation acrylic set from AK Interactive's Figure Series for the most commonly seen uniforms of American soldiers in WWII, as AK puts it. No ladders are printed — the roles live in AK's own paint names: M-43 Uniform Green Olive (Dark Olive Green) and M-42 Uniform Ochre Khaki (Ochre Khaki) mark the two uniform patterns, alongside US Olive Base Uniform and US Field Drab, with Leather (Red Brown) and Canvas Tone completing the box. The panels are painted by Eduardo Fernández & Kirill Kanaev. Six matt acrylics in 17 ml bottles.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
