AK9751 is a boxed enamel weathering system for ageing scale models, dioramas and scenery with streaks, rust, fuel residue, dampness, engine grime, oil, moss and dust. Its 10 bottles place the effects and their White Spirit thinner in one fitted case, while the supplied round and flat brushes cover different application tasks. A printed step-by-step guide completes the set.

  • All 10 bottles contain 35 ml.
  • Includes Streaking Grime, Rust Streaks, Dark Streaking Grime, Fuel Stains and Wet Effects Fluid.
  • Also contains Engine Grime, Engine Oil, Moss Deposits, Light Dust Deposit and White Spirit.
  • Supplied with one round brush, one flat brush and a printed guide.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
