Product overview
Snow White is an acrylic weathering gouache in a 20 ml tube — opaque pigment in a water-based binder that dries to a flat matt. It’s built for winter work: snow and frost effects, winter camouflage, and the faded, sun-bleached look of worn paint. It also serves as a mixer for lightening and desaturating your other gouache tones. Once dry, you can bring it back to life with plain tap water, re-blending or lifting it without a drop of solvent.
- Lays down as a saturated, opaque matt layer that covers cleanly over what’s beneath.
- Reactivates with tap water as often as you like, so blends and corrections stay open-ended.
- It goes over acrylics, enamels and oils, and over plastic, paper and cardboard.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
