AK Interactive Real Colors WWII US Army & USMC Camouflage Colors contains eight lacquer paints for American military vehicles used across the major theatres of the Second World War. The selection covers uniform Olive Drab and Ocean Grey finishes, desert colours used in North Africa and Sicily, multicolour Marine Corps camouflage in the Pacific, and an interior green. It provides a broad reference palette for US Army, USMC and amphibious vehicle subjects.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
