🎨 For Miniature Painters & Modellers
✦ AIRBRUSH & BRUSH MASKING
Roll into thin snakes or flat patches and press onto your model for soft-edge camo patterns — splinter camo, organic blotches, irregular stripes. Way better than tape for curved surfaces. Peel off gently after painting. Won't damage properly cured acrylics.
✦ DRY-FITTING & TEST ASSEMBLY
Stick arms, heads, weapons and panels in place before committing to glue. Check the pose, balance and overall look. Saves you from snapping parts off after a bad glue job. Works on plastic kits, resin casts and metal figures.
✦ PAINTING HANDLE MOUNTING
Stick your mini onto a cork, pill bottle or painting handle. Keeps fingers off the model = no greasy fingerprints on your basecoat. Holds light-to-medium plastic and resin parts securely.
✦ WORKBENCH ORGANISATION
Park tiny heads, guns, shields and bits on a blob of putty so they don't roll off your desk. Hold pinning wires and cocktail sticks in place. Organise sub-assemblies while painting.
✦ DIORAMA & TERRAIN LAYOUT
Temporarily position trees, rocks, buildings and figures on your base to test composition and line-of-sight before permanent gluing. Experiment freely, commit when you're happy.
🏠 Home, Office & School
Stick things up: Posters, photos, kids' drawings, timetables, calendars, party decorations, greeting cards.
Keep things in place: Remote controls, small ornaments, picture frames on shelves, cable management on your desk.
Clean awkward spots: Press into keyboard gaps, air vents, and furniture crevices to pick up dust and crumbs.
Fidget tool: Knead it, stretch it, roll it — decent sensory/stress putty in a pinch.

✅ Surface & Paint Compatibility
| Surface / Material | OK? | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Painted walls | ✅ | Avoid freshly painted — wait a few weeks. Test on chalky/matte emulsion. |
| Glass, metal, plastic | ✅ | Clean, dry, non-porous — ideal surfaces. |
| Polystyrene kits | ✅ | Standard plastic model kits — no issues. |
| Resin casts | ✅ | Test small area first, especially unprimed resin. |
| Metal miniatures | ✅ | Heavier pieces may need more putty or extra support. |
| Acrylic paint (cured) | ✅ | Fully cured — not just touch-dry. |
| Enamels & lacquers | ⚠️ | Usually fine once fully hardened. Test first. |
| Metallics & special FX | ⚠️ | Delicate finishes — always patch test. |
| Wallpaper & thin paper | ⚠️ | May leave marks or tear delicate surfaces. |
| Fabric & textiles | ❌ | Sticks to fibres — difficult to remove. |

🧰 Storage & Care
Keep it clean: The more dust and grime it picks up, the less sticky it gets. Store in its box or a sealed container.
Keep it cool: Avoid direct sunlight, radiators, or hot cars. Heat softens it too much; cold makes it stiff (just knead it to warm back up).
Residue removal: Press a fresh piece onto leftover bits and pull — it picks itself up. Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth if needed.

⛔ What Flexi Putty Won't Do
This is a light-duty adhesive. Be realistic about what you stick up:
❌ Won't hold heavy picture frames, mirrors, shelves or ceramic items
❌ Not a replacement for screws, nails or permanent adhesives
❌ May leave faint shadow marks on some paints if left on for a very long time — test first
❌ Not suitable for fabric or porous/rough surfaces
❌ Not food-safe — don't eat it, don't let small children use unsupervised

Will it damage my painted miniatures?
Not if the paint is properly cured (fully hardened, not just touch-dry). With metallics or gloss varnish, do a small test area first.

Can it hold metal miniatures?
Light to medium metal parts — yes. Heavier metal figures need a larger blob or extra mechanical support. It's temporary hold, not superglue.

With normal use, no. If left on for months on certain paints (especially cheap matte emulsion), you might get faint marks. Always test first.
