AK Interactive Nature Weathering Effects Set contains six acrylic gouache colours selected by Adam Wilder for mud, sand, soil and moss effects on models and dioramas. The box provides six 20 ml tubes. The paints can be diluted with tap water and re-wet with water after drying for further blending. AK also states that the gouache may be mixed with fillers when greater thickness and consistency are required. The resulting mixtures can be used to build matt, opaque weathering layers.

Set contains: AKG03 Sand, AKG04 Earth (Dry), AKG05 Dark Earth, AKG06 Dry Mud, AKG07 Dust and AKG08 Moss Green
The gouache can be reactivated with tap water after drying and worked through further blending

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.

Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
