Polished stainless steel all-round needle. Factory replacement for the Gaahleri Mobius TG.
Why This Needle
✦ Genuine Gaahleri part — multi-polished stainless steel with high concentricity for stable, predictable spray
✦ All-round 0.3mm — the sweet spot between fine detail and comfortable coverage in one needle
✦ Restores factory spray pattern — eliminates erratic atomisation from bent or worn needles
✦ Drop-in fit — designed for the Mobius Premium Series, no modifications needed
✦ Polished finish — reduces friction inside the packing, giving smoother trigger response over time
Product Description
This is the original 0.3mm fluid needle for the Gaahleri Mobius TG (trigger grip) from the Premium Series. It's manufactured from polished stainless steel with multiple grinding passes for high concentricity — meaning the needle sits true inside the nozzle bore, delivering a centred, stable spray pattern.
The 0.3mm size is Gaahleri's all-round option for the Mobius platform — tight enough for fine lines, smooth blends, and preshading, but with enough flow for comfortable basecoating and layering on standard hobby models. In testing, the 0.3mm setup produces a noticeably tighter fan and finer detail than the 0.5mm alternative, while still being practical for everyday painting sessions.
If your original needle has been bent, nicked, or worn, this is a direct replacement that restores factory performance. A bent needle — even one that's been "straightened" — will gradually damage your nozzle and produce inconsistent spray. Fresh needle, fresh start.

What's in the Box
1 × Gaahleri 0.3mm Fluid Needle for Mobius TG in protective packaging.
Compatibility
✔ Fits: Gaahleri Mobius TG, Mobius 02, Mobius 03, Mobius SP — all Premium Series models with 0.3mm head configuration
✘ Does NOT fit: GHAD-68, GHAD-39, GHAC-Swallowtail, GHAC-98D, or other Gaahleri series — these use different needles
Pairs with: 0.3mm nozzle for Mobius — if your needle was bent, check the nozzle too. A bent needle can deform the nozzle bore over time, causing leaks even with a fresh needle.
Pro Tips
Don't touch the tip. Gaahleri's own maintenance guide emphasises never handling the needle tip with fingers or tools — even fingerprint oils can affect atomisation at 0.3mm.
Never pull the needle through a dirty nozzle. Remove the needle from the back before cleaning. Dragging it through dried paint in the nozzle risks both bending the tip and scoring the bore.
Check your nozzle too. If your old needle was bent, it may have worn the nozzle into an oval shape. Replacing both together is the most reliable way to restore a clean pattern.
Don't straighten — replace. Even a micro-bend that looks "fixed" will gradually damage your nozzle and give you inconsistent spray.
0.3 vs 0.5 — choose by task. The 0.3mm gives a tighter fan and finer control for detail work. If you're mainly priming or covering large surfaces, the 0.5mm needle is the faster, more forgiving option.
Worth Knowing
This needle is for the Mobius Premium Series (TG, 02, 03, SP). It does not fit GHAD or GHAC series airbrushes — check your model before ordering.
0.3mm requires properly thinned paint. Heavy primers and very thick paints are better suited to the 0.5mm needle — the 0.3mm bore is less tolerant of under-thinned media.
A new needle alone won't fix issues caused by a damaged nozzle, worn packing, or clogged paint channels. Diagnose the actual cause before ordering parts.
Like all precision airbrush needles, the 0.3mm tip is delicate. Dropping the airbrush, cleaning from the front, or storing without a cap are the most common ways to damage it.
Ideal For
✦ Miniature painters — fine lines, smooth blends, preshading, zenithal on 28–54mm figures
✦ Scale modellers — camo, panel shading, detail work on 1/72 to 1/35 kits
✦ Gunpla & mecha — panel lines, subtle weathering, gradient effects
✦ All-round hobby airbrushing — the 0.3mm sits right in the sweet spot for everyday painting tasks
