Eight Model Color acrylic paints for British Napoleonic infantry — the red coat, white cross-belts, dark blue trousers and brass fittings of the line infantry and light companies of 1789–1815. The palette covers Flat Red for tunics, Buff for facings, Off-White for belts and gaiters, London Grey for trousers, Dark Prussian Blue for officers, German Cam. Extra Dark Green for rifles, and Brass and Oily Steel for buttons, bayonets and barrel bands. Each 17 ml bottle has an eyedropper cap.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
