Vallejo Wild Tuft Winter SC410 supplies 35 peel-and-place Medium tufts at 4mm height. The Winter colour has a pale straw and faded green appearance representing bleached winter grass on dormant ground. Its low profile suits cold-season verges, sparse growth around bare earth and frost-themed groundwork. Position the tufts individually from the backing, adding optional PVA glue for a firmer permanent bond where needed.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?
That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.
Are tufts self-adhesive?
Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.
How do I apply static grass?
Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
