Vallejo Black Splash Mud 73.806 is a thinner, water-based acrylic weathering effect for reproducing splattered road spray and kicked-up mud on lower vehicle surfaces and running gear. Its very dark colour represents peat-like soil rich in vegetal material, as found in humid woodland and northern European terrain. The 40 ml product uses permanent pigments and is formulated for direct application where scattered droplets and lighter mud deposits are required.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
