Tamiya 74017 is a pair of 150 mm stainless-steel tools for stirring bottled hobby paints and blending colour shades. Each stirrer combines two working shapes in one piece: a small spoon at one end and a flat spatula at the other. The double-ended construction provides two different contact shapes for working through settled paint and combining colours within a jar.

Sprue cutters or a hobby knife — what do I actually need?
Cutters remove parts from the sprue cleanly; the knife trims the leftover nub and mould lines. You'll want both — they do different jobs.
What's the difference between single-blade and double-blade cutters?
Single-blade cutters shear against a flat anvil for an ultra-clean cut with less stress on the plastic; double-blade cutters are tougher for general work.
How do I keep tools in good condition?
