Tamiya 74128 pairs a 0.7 mm cutting tip with an oversized 1.0 mm shank for precise hand drilling. The pivot design seats securely in a pin-vise chuck and limits deviation at the tip, helping the hole remain centred. It is the 0.7 mm counterpart to 74127, providing a slightly larger bore while retaining the same reinforced shank arrangement.
