Tamiya 87166 recreates dressed rectangular paving laid in orderly horizontal rows. Individual stones vary in size and are distributed irregularly within those courses, giving Stone Paving B a structured surface without making every block identical. The raised-print colour craft paper can be used for paved roads, platforms, plazas and architectural groundwork in 1/35, 1/24 or 1/20 scale dioramas, then painted to integrate it with the wider scene.
Overall sheet size is 297 × 210 mm.
The pattern uses rectangular stones of different sizes.
Stones are arranged across multiple neat horizontal courses.
Raised printing forms the textured surface.
Acrylic and enamel paints may be applied.

Notes · Q & A
Sprue cutters or a hobby knife — what do I actually need?+
Cutters remove parts from the sprue cleanly; the knife trims the leftover nub and mould lines. You'll want both — they do different jobs.
What's the difference between single-blade and double-blade cutters?+
Single-blade cutters shear against a flat anvil for an ultra-clean cut with less stress on the plastic; double-blade cutters are tougher for general work.
How do I keep tools in good condition?+
Cut plastic only (never metal sprues or wire) with precision cutters, replace knife blades often, and keep files clear with a brass brush.
