Tamiya XF-93 Light Brown (DAK 1942) is a matt acrylic from the 10 ml Acrylic Mini range. It reproduces the lighter sand-brown adopted by the Afrika Korps from 1942, noticeably paler and cooler than the earlier XF-92 1941 shade. Together the two colours cover the main base-coat stages of DAK armour across both campaign years.

  • Water-soluble acrylic resin; thinning and cleanup require only water.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
