From Tamiya's matt Acrylic Mini range, XF-71 Cockpit Green is a 10 ml flat-finish acrylic. A non-reflective finish suitable for historical vehicle markings, architectural models and terrain painting. Suitable for brushwork on individual components and airbrush application on larger sections.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
