Our own brand synthetic drybrush range. Purpose-built for controlled drybrushing on miniatures.
The Hobby Heaven Dry Brush range is our own brand synthetic drybrush collection, designed specifically for the drybrushing technique that miniature painters use constantly. We developed these because we saw our customers wearing through expensive brushes on drybrushing — a technique that needs a purpose-built tool, not a repurposed painting brush.
The synthetic fibres are selected for the right balance of stiffness and density to pick up texture without scratching. The shapes are designed for typical miniature drybrushing tasks: highlighting raised detail, creating texture on bases, and adding weathering effects. Affordable enough to replace when they wear — because all drybrushes eventually do.

How to care for your brush
Clean after drybrushing sessions to prevent paint build-up. Brush soap helps maintain the fibre density. These are consumable tools — replace when the fibres splay beyond usefulness. Proper cleaning extends life but all drybrushes eventually wear out.
