Green Stuff World set 3127 comprises five double-ended tools made from 420 reinforced stainless steel. Their ten tip shapes are intended for blending, smoothing and shaping sculpting putties, waxes and polymer clays. Sprue cutters or a hobby knife — what do I actually need?
Cutters remove parts from the sprue cleanly; the knife trims the leftover nub and mould lines. You'll want both — they do different jobs.
What's the difference between single-blade and double-blade cutters?
Single-blade cutters shear against a flat anvil for an ultra-clean cut with less stress on the plastic; double-blade cutters are tougher for general work.
How do I keep tools in good condition?
