Gaahleri Aventus Verdant Ember Airbrush 0.2/0.4mm Dual Action Gravity Feed
Gaahleri Aventus Verdant Ember Airbrush — 0.2 & 0.4 mm Dual Action (SKU: [INSERT SKU])
Ace Series · gravity feed · CNC-milled aluminium body · patent-pending Vortex Nozzle System
Why this airbrush
✓ Two airbrushes in one box. A 0.2 mm setup for ultra-fine detail and a 0.4 mm setup for basecoats, priming and coverage — swap the nozzle setup instead of swapping brushes.
✓ CNC-milled aluminium body. Cut from a single block with no weld lines — balanced, light in the hand and built to last.
✓ Vortex Nozzle System. Patent-pending airflow design for finer atomisation at lower pressure: smoother gradients, less overspray, cleaner edges.
✓ 360 Quick-Fit air cap. Faster setup and cleaning, less dried paint build-up, needle protection built in.
✓ Redesigned teardrop trigger. Wider surface and longer travel for a smooth dual-action feel through long sessions.
About the Aventus
The Aventus is Gaahleri’s ground-up redesign of the modern airbrush. A three-part modular body is CNC-milled from a single block of aerospace-grade aluminium — no welds, no seams — with uninterrupted curves that follow the hand like a good pen. The finish is a 220-mesh anodised aluminium in this Verdant Ember green: a satin-matte surface that resists corrosion and holds its looks.
At the heart is the patent-pending Vortex Nozzle System, which spins air into a controlled spiral before it leaves the nozzle. The result is finer atomisation at lower pressure, smoother blends and noticeably less overspray. The teardrop trigger gives a smooth, near-instant dual-action response, and the 360 Quick-Fit air cap speeds up setup and cleaning.
It ships dual-calibre: a 0.2 mm setup for fine lines, panel shading and weathering, and a 0.4 mm setup for base coats and broader coverage — one tool across the whole range of work.

Suited to miniature and figure painting, scale modelling, Gunpla and general hobby airbrushing. It connects to any standard 1/8" airbrush hose, so it drops straight into most existing compressor setups. Capable enough for professional work, while the smooth trigger and predictable spray also make it friendly for a motivated newcomer.
Getting the most from it
◆ Work around 15–25 PSI for detail and 20–30 PSI for coverage — start low and bring the pressure up slowly until the spray feels stable.
◆ Keep the 0.2 mm setup in for lines, shading and weathering; switch to 0.4 mm for primer and base coats.
◆ Back-flush between colours and give it a thorough clean at the end of each session — it’s the single biggest thing for consistent spray.
◆ Remove and refit the needle gently — never force it.
◆ Thin water-based and acrylic paints to roughly milk consistency for the cleanest results through the 0.2 mm.
