Product overview
AK17081 adjusts Quick Gen paint without replacing the resin system on which the colour is built. Its low-viscosity gel format helps paint move more freely while modifying surface tension, reducing the rings and localised staining that can appear as a layer settles. The medium is intended to preserve the formula's working properties while supporting a more uniform finish.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
