Product overview

AK9531 expands the format to a 140 mm working surface held by two screws, providing a longer clamping line for larger photo-etched components. It is the more capable option when a part needs several distinct profiles rather than one short fold. Profiles available among the sixteen wedges include V, L and Z, together with P and U, while the stated bend range reaches 135°. The broader working area and choice of shapes support compound PE work as well as extended straight bends.

The main tool body is made from steel.
An included bending blade measures 128 mm long.
A long straight edge is provided for forming fenders and shields.
Both screws should be tightened without forcing them.

Cutters remove parts from the sprue cleanly; the knife trims the leftover nub and mould lines. You'll want both — they do different jobs.
