Product overview

Glow Precision is a seven-variant enamel finishing system for concentrated fluorescent accents on miniatures, scale models and scenery. Every colour comes in a 30 ml glass bottle with a built-in precision brush, keeping application focused on small details rather than broad surfaces. The range combines AK12108 White Glow Precision Base with Pink, Red, Yellow, Light Orange, Orange and Green fluorescent effects for energy, crystal, rune and illuminated-detail work.

The high-opacity white base provides a matt foundation beneath the fluorescent colour.
The six fluorescent variants use highly concentrated, UV-reactive pigments and dry to a matt finish.
Protect acrylic-painted surfaces with varnish before applying the enamel effect; white spirit can be used for adjustment and cleanup.
Finished pieces that will be handled regularly can be protected with matt varnish.

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.

Can I use these paints in an airbrush?

Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.

Do I need a primer?

Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
