Earth is the whole point of this three-piece weathering set from AK Interactive's Cars and Civil Vehicles series: one acrylic splatter effect and two pigments that put driven earth onto rally and road vehicles. Stirred earth is the splatter effect for flicked-on dirt, while Dark earth and Europe earth are pigments for dry or fixed build-up in two distinct tones. The box bills it as realistic effects on your vehicles, and that is precisely the job these three products do. Both pigments are stocked by us separately; the Stirred earth splatter effect is not.
Set contains: AK8085 Stirred earth (acrylic splatter effect), AK081 Dark earth (pigment) and AK042 Europe earth (pigment)
One splatter effect plus two pigments: flicked-on earth first, then dry or fixed dust build-up in two earth tones
From AK's Cars and Civil Vehicles series, billed on the box as realistic effects on your vehicles; the box prints no volumes
Dark earth and Europe earth are stocked by us separately; Stirred earth is not stocked separately

Notes · Q & A
What's the difference between a paint and a wash?+
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?+
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?+
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
