Product overview
This AK Interactive Wargame Series starter set pairs fourteen 3rd Generation acrylics with a 30 mm crusher dwarf figure from Yedharo Models, supplied unpainted and ready to combine with other accessories of this scale for use in many games. Two of the fourteen bottles are metallics, and AK presents the palette as a way to widen a painter's range for any kind of figure. A printed painting guide is included, and the box front credits the painted example to Josedavinci.
Set contains (14 × 17 ml + 1 figure): AK11192 Old Gold – METALLIC, AK11193 Rusty Gold – METALLIC, AK11048 Laser Yellow – STANDARD, AK11039 Purulent Yellow – STANDARD, AK11037 Pastel Yellow – PASTEL, AK11050 Light Flesh – STANDARD, AK11076 Pastel Peach – PASTEL, AK11063 Brown Rose – STANDARD, AK11104 Saddle Brown – STANDARD, AK11097 Burnt Red – STANDARD, AK11095 Dirty Red – STANDARD, AK11156 Camouflage Green – STANDARD, AK11026 Tenebrous Grey – STANDARD, AK11133 Dark Green-Grey – STANDARD, plus 1 × Yedharo Models crusher dwarf figure, 30 mm, unpainted
Two of the fourteen bottles are true metallics — AK11192 Old Gold and AK11193 Rusty Gold, labelled METALLIC in AK's own contents list — so the box mixes matt and metallic paints
The printed painting guide maps the figure area by area — hair and beard, skin, hammer handle, hammer, fabric and leather — with base, light and highlight recipes, two-paint mixes in percentages and numbered steps
3GEN acrylics are formulated for brush and airbrush; made in Spain. Shares one bottle with its sibling box AK11768 Battle Orc: AK11156 Camouflage Green

Notes · Q & A
What's the difference between a paint and a wash?+
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?+
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?+
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
