AK8060 is a sand-coloured camouflage net for modern 1:35 vehicles, supplied as one 160 × 230 mm piece. Cut the material to suit the model, then drape or fold it over a hull, turret or stowage to vary the visible coverage. The sand finish can be used directly from the packet, so additional painting is optional rather than a required preparation step.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?

That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.

Are tufts self-adhesive?

Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.

How do I apply static grass?

Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
