Product overview

AK35008 recreates the compact Breuer IV shunter in 1:35, pairing the locomotive with enough railway to form a self-contained display. Designed in Germany during the 1920s, the type was built both domestically and under licence elsewhere in Europe, and surviving examples reflect numerous wartime and post-war alterations. Optional components allow the model to follow several of those configurations rather than fixing it to one production state.

  • Includes over 150 injection-moulded plastic parts for the locomotive and track.
  • The 19 cm standard-gauge section can be arranged as straight or curved track.
  • One Deutsche Reichsbahn railway worker figure is supplied.
  • Cartograf decals cover 2 schemes: dark grey vehicle 25 and black-and-red vehicle 32.
