Product overview
AK9045 keeps the surface beneath visible while a mask is positioned. Its low-tack adhesive is designed to lift away without residue from either glossy or matt finishes. Shapes can be drawn in pencil on the backing, cut with a sharp blade and transferred onto the model before spraying. Used as a stencil or direct mask, the film leaves a defined boundary between painted and protected areas after removal.
- The pack contains two A4 sheets measuring 297 × 210 mm each.
- Transparent PVC film carries an acrylic adhesive.
- Paint should be sprayed in thin coats to avoid pooling along the mask edges.
- The masking film is made in Spain.

What nozzle size do I need for miniatures?
0.3mm is the versatile all-rounder for base coats and priming; 0.2mm suits fine detail work. Larger nozzles (0.5mm) are for terrain and big surfaces.
Do I need a compressor with a tank?
A tank smooths the airflow and reduces pulsing, giving more consistent results — worth it if you spray regularly, but tankless compressors work fine for occasional use.
How do I keep an airbrush working well?
Flush with airbrush cleaner between colours and strip-clean after each session. Most spraying problems are cleaning problems.
