Tamiya 1/35 Panther Ausf.D 35345
The kit proposed by Tamiya company includes a plastic model kit of German medium tank in 1:35 scale.
One of the most successful German designs of the World War II period was a Panther medium tank. Like most of the new German constructions, it debuted during the operation Citadel during the Battle of Kursk. The first series version of the tank, Panther Ausf. D has shown great potential and perfectly fulfilled its main task, which was the elimination of Soviet T34 medium tanks. Its powerful 75mm KwK 42/L70 gun easily knocked out enemy vehicles. The problem turned out to be faulty propulsion system, by which numerous armor was lost. Panther resistance to fire of Soviet tanks and anti-tank guns was so large that the project was still developed and with time the Panthers have become main medium tank of the Wehrmacht in the final period of World War II.
Tamiya plastic model kit allows assembly of the German medium tank of World War II era -Panther Ausf. D, along with two crew members. Box includes 2 parts of the hull, turret, 4 sprues with model parts, valorization elements - string and wire, rubber tracks and decals (allows reconstruction of vehicles from 51., 52. or 445. Battalion Armoured Tank Regiment Division Grossdeutschland).
Plastic parts should be cut out of frames, fit together and glued according to the assembly instruction. You should paint the whole model using modeling paints. It is important to remember that some plastic parts require painting before gluing. In the end, it is needed to apply decals according to markings or graphics in instruction.
