Product overview

Replacement moisture paper for the Vallejo Wet Palette PRO Painter Size (B90001). Pack of 30 sheets of specially treated membrane paper, 60 gsm, 225 × 145 mm. The paper draws moisture from the sponge below to keep acrylic paint workable on its surface. White finish preserves colour perception. High resistance to rubbing. Place the matte side against the sponge and paint on the satin side.

Notes · Q & A

What's the difference between a paint and a wash?

Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.

Can I use these paints in an airbrush?

Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.

Do I need a primer?

Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
