Green Stuff World UV Resin 2045 is the 100ml dropper bottle of transparent, UV-curing gel for creating water effects on miniature bases and dioramas. It is the largest format in this group, intended for broader terrain features, larger diorama projects or frequent use across multiple builds. The gel remains uncured until exposed to UV light, giving working time for positioning, shaping and adding colour before the surface is set.
Cures in 2–4 minutes under a UV torch.
Sunlight curing takes 5–10 minutes on a sunny day or 20–40 minutes under cloud.
Cures without shrinkage and supports layered pours without visible seams.
Can be tinted with a few drops of acrylic ink or resin dye.
Once cured, it can be cut, polished, carved and sanded.
Protect the inside of the dropper bottle from daylight.

Notes · Q & A
Sprue cutters or a hobby knife — what do I actually need?+
Cutters remove parts from the sprue cleanly; the knife trims the leftover nub and mould lines. You'll want both — they do different jobs.
What's the difference between single-blade and double-blade cutters?+
Single-blade cutters shear against a flat anvil for an ultra-clean cut with less stress on the plastic; double-blade cutters are tougher for general work.
How do I keep tools in good condition?+
Cut plastic only (never metal sprues or wire) with precision cutters, replace knife blades often, and keep files clear with a brass brush.
