Product overview
AK Interactive Brass Pipes provide hollow metal sections for detailing and scratch-building scale models, dioramas and architectural miniatures. Across 23 selectable diameters from 0.2 mm to 3.0 mm, the range covers fine antennae and handrails as well as pipe runs and model gun barrels. The brass construction provides a metal component for replacing moulded details or fabricating new parts.
- Every brass pipe is 20 cm long.
- Diameters from 0.3 mm through 1.8 mm are supplied in packs of five.
- The 0.2 mm size and diameters from 2.0 mm through 3.0 mm are supplied in packs of two.
- Pipes can be secured with cyanoacrylate glue, two-component adhesive or by welding.

What do tuft sizes like 2mm, 4mm and 6mm mean?
That's the grass fibre length. 2mm suits small bases and subtle ground cover, 4–6mm reads as fuller vegetation on 28–32mm miniature bases.
Are tufts self-adhesive?
Most modern tufts peel off their sheet with adhesive on the underside — press onto the base, no glue needed. Loose static grass is applied over PVA instead.
How do I apply static grass?
Brush PVA where you want grass, sprinkle or use an applicator, then tip off the excess once dry. An applicator makes fibres stand upright for a more natural look.
