AK9129 sits between the paint bottle and a standard gravity cup, catching lumps before they enter the airbrush. The insert provides a filtering stage while paint is being poured, reducing the chance that dried fragments or thicker particles travel towards the nozzle and cause a blockage. Its compact translucent body has four positioning tabs arranged around the rim.

The insert measures 21 mm in diameter and fits standard airbrush cups.
