Product overview
Vallejo's Wet Palette PRO keeps acrylic paint moist and workable for hours. Water held in a PVA sponge passes through a semi-permeable paper, so paint on the surface stays at a usable consistency for blending, layering and wet-on-wet work. The airtight ABS case with rubber seal holds moisture between sessions — close the lid and your mixes can stay usable for days. Painter Size working area: 240 × 160 mm.
Airtight ABS case with rubber seal and non-slip pads (240 × 160 mm)
2 reusable PVA hydration sponges (220 × 140 mm, 3 mm thick)
30 sheets of 60 gsm moisture paper (225 × 145 mm)
Magnetic 5-well palette (B90004) mounts on lid or base
Elastic transport band — lid stows under the base to save desk space

Notes · Q & A
Common questions
+
What's the difference between a paint and a wash?
+
Paints are opaque colour for coverage; washes are thin, pigmented fluids that flow into recesses to add shading and depth. Most painters use both.
Can I use these paints in an airbrush?
+
Many acrylics can be thinned for airbrushing — check the product description; ranges marked "Air" or "airbrush-ready" work straight from the bottle.
Do I need a primer?
+
Yes for bare plastic, resin or metal — primer gives paint a surface to grip and prevents chipping.
